I have received EFT sessions from Jas several times. The phrases she used while tapping were just perfect and they really resonated with what was bothering me at that time. And when she was doing rounds of positive affirmations, I always felt the sense of peace that lead me to think, "everything is okay, I'm okay".
She was ever so gentle and caring. Sometimes I tap with some other EFT practitioners on their Youtube videos but many of them use phrases that are just too long and not simple, which doesn't give a good result for me. But Jas always used simple, short, but accurate words and that made me feel comfortable tapping with her. And of course, the results were always wonderful. I think I even cried a couple of times!
I highly recommend Jas if you are struggling with anxiety, sadness, resentment, guilt, worthlessness, or any other type of emotional blocks. She's very pleasant to be with and definitely knows how to help shift your emotions from negative to positive in 15 minutes!
As a healer myself, I found Jaspreet to be very intuitive and competent when applying the Emotional Freedom Techniques to myself within the couple of treatments which I received from Jaspreet. It was very apparent that she was professional and knew exactly what questions to ask me to facilitate the process of moving the energy; Jaspreet was patient and kind throughout the process, she also gave me some Reiki which was wonderful too.

I’d been informed of these ‘alternative therapies’ by Jas, and was sceptical about how they work, I’d read up on EFT and Reiki after having conversations with Jas and gave both a try.
First one I tried out was EFT. The way that this therapy works is unbelievable, it released so much emotion without me even realising or trying. Which was a good thing as it was emotions that I had been carrying with me for quite sometime - in fact I thought I didn’t still feel that particular way. I was crying, burping, yawning (which are signs of emotional release). This form of therapy makes you reach deeper to the core of the issue, and go deeper and deeper without it being tedious.
I don’t think there really is a way to describe Reiki. It’s a very relaxing form of alternative therapy - I have had both distant Reiki and 1-1. This therapy is also a release of energies in the body. I, in particular, noticed ‘coldness’ coming from certain parts of my body - i.e my feet. They went from being normal and warm, to ice blocks. And I could feel the coldness leaving my body. It’s a really surreal feeling - and again at first I was sceptical - but after just my first session, my shoulders felt lighter, less tense. I was breathing properly (felt like my airways had been cleared) and I have been very tired after my sessions which again is normal. I have continued with this form of therapy as I have found it being beneficial and relaxing at the same time. I don’t have these sessions as often - I tend to book in when I’m feeling a bit ‘bleugh’ and it gives me the boost that I need.
I would highly recommend Jas for both of these forms of therapy, as her bubbly personality and her positive energy is just the sort of character needed to diminish the negativity of day to day life!

Jas had done some distance healing with me when I was going through a lot of crisis in my life. I never thought such things worked but I was at a point where I needed any sort of help available. I was a bit sceptical about the whole healing process at first but then I just thought, hey I got nothing to lose, and was I right, I had all to gain.

Why I chose Reiki
